What does it take to be able to communicate with animals?

I conduct sessions for so many people who believe that thay cannot do what I do, but nothing could be further from the truth.  I wasn't born with this skill.  In fact, I am extremely left brained and have to work at this.  Yes, even meditation can be "work" if your brain wants to go on with its endless monkey-chatter about emails and bills and errands.  I truly believe that anyone
can become telepathic as I have. It's all a matter of understanding how to go within, become silent, listen/see/feel/believe what you are getting and then PRACTICING. 

Nobody gets to be an expert at what they do without practicing, making mistakes, learning from them, and practicing more.  It helps immensely to have support and mentorship as I have been blessed to have.  Many of my friends have been guinea pigs for me, let me talk with their animals, and provided feedback.  I had to put myself out there as a potential crazy person, open to ridicule and judgment, but I trusted in myself and became a professional.  Sometimes I still can't believe that I have a job that I Iove so much!

An Intuition Prayer

I, too, can tap the secrets of the Universe.
I commune with an Infinite Source.
I now open my mind to receive answers.
Listening in the Silence,
I am open, and receptive.
Inspiration wells up within me.
